Video Review: Migos “Narcos”

Quavo, Takeoff and Offset walk up the steps to their home. They stand by a fountain in the center of their backyard. Meanwhile, security walks the around the garden and inside the home, carrying their rifles.

Quavo rides in a speed boat with several people. A young woman wearing a bikini sits next to him.

They walk to the patio. A second young woman dips her toes in the pool as she glances them. Quavo feeds a third young woman some crab.

In a laundry room, Quavo oversees as a fourth young woman is taped with money around her body.

Quavo watches as divers jump from the boat. He waits.

Quavo, Offset and Takeoff have a meeting with a distributer while the recent pull of money lies on the dining table.

Quavo carries a roasted pig to the table and slices into it. Takeoff shakes the distributer’s hand. Crews begin to load up several semi-trucks. They sit at a table near the semi-trucks. Behind them, two guards hold their rifles as they stand next two SUV’s.

Inside their home, a maid fills Quavo’s glass with champagne. She cuts into a cake. Quavo makes a toast.

In the parking lot, they stand up and fire their guns at the members of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) aim their guns towards them. 21 Savage fires back, waiting for the carnage to end. They run into the back of the building. Quavo continue to shoot from the sun roof.

Quavo, Takeoff and Offset stand in handcuffs in front of the judge. During their turn, each one responds not guilty. After their arraignment, their lawyer, promises to make it all go away. However, he adds, there are suggestions which would help expedite a fair verdict. 21 Savage, though, despite their lawyer’s advice, cries in court and pleads guilty. He receives a long sentence. Their lawyer rolls his eyes and calls 21 Savage a lost cause.

Some witnesses are threatened. Others turn up dead before their testimony. Their lawyer shrugs off the coincidences to the judge. In the judge’s chambers, he blackmails the judge with some inappropriate photos in exchange for his client’s freedom. The judge dismisses their case.

They return to their home and receive notice that another young dealer in the neighborhood has begun to take over some of their territory. They inform their crew.
