Ali kept pressing the buttons on the elevator. He wiped the sweat of his forehead and grabbed his chest. Banging on the door, he called for help. The elevator started to shake from side to side. He presses the emergency button. A man says someone will be there soon. He checks his watch and paces. He starts to sing to calm himself.
Three hours later, he’s rescued. The owner of the building asks him if he’s okay. His bandmates crack jokes to get him to stop shaking. He says he’s only going to take steps from now on and inquires about their meeting. Astro tells him not to worry about it. They rescheduled it.
As they walk up the stairs, Ali says goodbye to the secretary in the lobby and grins as he sees the glass doors. He opens the door and takes a deep breath.
