Video Review: Lukas Graham “Love Someone (Version 2)”

Lukas bites his lip as he walks along the path, wearing a hat and heavy coat. He gulps as he takes a step and turns his head to the right. He sits on the ground, lying against some bare branches. He gets up and starts walking again.

Rating: 2.5/5

The house had gotten too lonely for Lukas. His wife and child were away for the weekend. Although it was cold, he was tired of watching television. As he walks, he notices the bare branches of the trees. It’s going to snow soon. He makes a mental note to check the snow blower.

However, as he bites his lips, he thinks of how much has changed. A year ago, he would’ve contacted some of his friends and hung out at the bar for a while. He would’ve come home at about 1 a.m. and slept the rest of the day. But he’s a parent now. He has a girlfriend who gave birth to his child. She needs his attention and care also. He can’t dismiss them for beer.

During his walk, he thinks of what needs to get done at home. He wants to clean up the kitchen and do some laundry. His girlfriend has been sick lately and he’s been letting it go. He misses them, though and presses send on the video.
