Video Review: Rag ‘N’ Bone Man & P!nk “Anywhere Away From Here”

Rag ‘N’ Bone Man sits on a chair, his eyes closed, in the center of a empty opera house. Weeds grow in the middle of the floor. In silhouette, Pink walks by the orchestra pit. Two wolves run on the stage. Butterflies flap their wings as they sit on the ceiling. Pink touches one of the vines on the wall.

The wolves sniff by the chairs. Pink leans against the wall and reaches out her hand. An owl watches Pink as she stands by the weeds and flowers growing in the lobby. The owl flies from the top part of the opera house. The wolf watches it.

Rag ‘N’ Bone explains to his friend that he doesn’t think it’s right. The person crossed a line and should face consequences for it. His friend side-eyes him and tells him it wasn’t a big deal. Rag ‘N’ Bone nods and changes the subject to sports. His friend says he has a solid point about their favorite sports team and says the latest trade was a mistake.

Pink listens as to her mother tells her she has to think before she speaks. Her mother says she could be a bit more tactful. Pink taps her coffee cup and says she was calling her sister out. If she can’t handle it, it’s her fault, Her mother says it’s not the right attitude to have. Pink gets out her credit card and says she has to get going. Her mom tells her not to be like that.

Rag ‘N’ Bone glances at the people sitting at their tables. A twentysomething woman was laughing with a friend. A A family of four was eating their lunch. A sixtysomething woman was reading the newspaper as she ate her soup. In the corner, he sees Pink, sitting with her arms crossed. She smiles at him. Rag ‘N’ Bone smiles back at her.
