A group of fans, their hands raised, walk in a circle in silhouette inside Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. Kanye West rises in the royal blue light to the sky. In the blackness, he sees his mom, Donda laughing within the moon.
West continues to rise within the teal light of the moon. Headfirst, he dives into muddy clouds. He flies over the mountainous clouds. The caramel clouds cover him, He reaches for the blue sky and lands in it. The sky folds over, becoming night.
The voices were getting lower. It becomes quiet. His mother tells him, “hello.” He wants to know where she is. He calls her for her. She was somewhere. He had to find her.
He wanders in the mountains of clouds. From the cliff, he could see entire countries. He jumps into one but gets bounced back to the clouds. His mother’s voice tells him, “stay.” If it’s what she wanted him to do, he’ll stay. He’ll find a home in the sky until she arrived to his cloud.
West wakes up as the cloud moves throughout the sky. He grips it as the cloud zips through the stars. His mother says, “you’re almost there.” He tilts his head up and sees an outline of her face. “I’m coming,” he shouts, “I’ll be there in a couple of minutes. Hang on.”
