In a clip, Gomez (Raul Julia) and Uncle Fester (Christopher Lloyd) walk towards each other, sharpening their knives while their family watches. Back in the mansion, Lurch (Carel Struycken) takes the cover of the plate and serves Hammer’s head. Hammer pops up of the dish to Gomez and Uncle Fester’s surprise.

Rating: 3/5

Morticia gives Hammer the once over as he walks into the family room. Hammer bows to her. Morticia touches his chin and says he’s so handsome. Gomez pokes him with a cane and tells him to knock it off. Hammer asks Pugsley and Wednesday if they want to play.

Pugsley comments his parents really like him. Hammer says he’s grateful to them. Wednesday intones “something is wrong with Fester.” Pugsley asks, “you think so?” Wednesday gets her knife and says they can solve it in a few minutes. Hammer puts his hand on hers and asks her why she thinks Fester is a fake. She says his niceness is off-putting.

Hammer bumps into Fester. Fester mutters “you’re in the way.” Hammer compares the framed picture to Fester. He gets the sword and demands to know what he did to the real Fester. The fake Fester growls “you’ll never find out.” Gomez rubs his hands together. It’ll be one way to get rid of their houseguest. Morticia nudges him and tells him to put a stop to it. Gomez sighs and stands in between them, saying “it’s not worth it.” Hammer withdraws his sword and offers to shake fake Fester’s hand. Fester glares at him while he shakes his hand.
